Is Supermarket Chaos multiplayer?

Yes, as a beta added in patch 1.1.4. Depending on the map, 2–4 players can play together. Multiplayer progress is saved only to the host's save file, and the developer says stability work is still ongoing.

How many products are in each map?

New games—and older saves after a map reset—use 4,669 products in the original supermarket. Existing legacy saves can remain at 4,668. The Dream Convenience Store has 2,628 products.

How do I open the skill menu?

Community guides document ESC, then the lightbulb tab on the right. The orange star tab beside it tracks sticker rewards.

What do the shelf-tag colors mean?

Community testing reports white for a correct but incomplete shelf, yellow for a correct full shelf, and red for an incorrect shelf or section.

How do I restore a missing save?

Update first. Patch 1.1.3 introduced a menu that lists previous backups and lets you select one, and that recovery path remains available in 1.1.5. Follow the official announcement before editing files manually.
